In July 2012, Armstrong filed a lawsuit in The us District Courtroom for the Western District of Texas, requesting the court "bar USADA from pursuing its scenario or issuing any sanctions against him" according to the claim that "USADA procedures violate athletes' constitutional legal rights to a good trial, and which the agency does not have juris
